    Dec 25, 2017
    Perris, CA

Perris, CA – Sunday, December 24, 2017 at 2:51 a.m. a Drunk Driver was spotted driving a white sedan erratically all over the road putting himself and others in danger. The vehicle traveled south on the southbound lanes of the I-215 freeway just north of Harley Knox Blvd.

The driver was so intoxicated that he couldn’t stay in one or two lanes and careened from one lane to another almost colliding onto the center divider and onto other vehicles.

The incident was captured on video and the California Highway Patrol was informed of the Danger. A CHP unit was flagged down at the 4th St / Highway 74 off ramp and CHP officers were able to stop the vehicle before the driver got involved in an accident.

One of the CHP Officers conducted a field sobriety test on the solo driver and arrested him after the determining that the driver was in fact driving under the influence of alcohol.

We're just glad that the driver did not have a terrible crash on it's own or struck an innocent family.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Riverside Field Office at (951) 637-8000.
