The Mother and Family of Paula Rodriguez, 32 who was fatally struck by a Hit-and-Run driver seek the public's help for answers and also plea to the driver as well! Paula Rodriguez was struck by a green sedan on the WB 60 freeway just east of Day St in Moreno Valley, CA on Friday, June 29, 2018 at about 4:00 a.m.
News reports mention that Paula was walking westbound on the freeway before she was hit by several vehicles. The first vehicle that struck Paula was described as a green sedan, that driver fled the scene. Police say the sedan most likely should have significant front end damage.
Paula's mother, Teresa Ann Crow does not believe that her daughter was simply walking on the freeway but that perhaps someone chased her. Teresa says, "she cannot live without knowing what really happened to her daughter and why did she end up on the freeway."
Teresa and family expressed that they are not mad or angry at the driver of the green sedan and that they just want to know what that driver and passengers if any saw before the accident. They want to know if someone was chasing Paula who may have caused her to run to the freeway or if there was a car nearby.
Paula's family also plea to everyone who witnessed the incident to please call and help them get some closure!
Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to call the California Highway Patrol Riverside Field Office at (951) 637-8000.
Due to the time of day, there's a high probability that the green sedan was driven by someone who travelled to work to the Riverside area or Orange County from the areas of Banning, San Jacinto, Hemet, Moreno Valley or Perris. If you know of anyone who owns a green sedan (a four door vehicle) and that vehicle has new front area damage, was recently repaired or is no longer at the residence that could be the one!
Also, if a co-worker owns a green sedan but didn't go to work on Friday, June 29, 2018 that could be the one!
HitAndRunJustice.com is offering a $1,000.00 (OneThousand Dls) reward to the first caller who supplies information that identifies the green sedan or it's driver who struck Paula Rodriguez. No arrest need to be made to receive the reward but caller needs to first call 1(844) 448-6786 – 1(844) Hit-N-Run to be elgible for reward.
